REPAIRS
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please email me, info@strikemetals.com, with the problem. If charges apply, you will be notified before beginning repair. For your protection, please insure the package and use a traceable shipping method such as UPS or Fed-Ex when sending the piece. Repair time is approximately 3-5 weeks, not including shipping time.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the piece(s) within 14 days from the date received. Pieces must be returned in new condition with no signs of use. Please email prior to sending the items back, info@strikemetals.com. For your protection, please use a traceable shipping method such as UPS or Fed-Ex when returning your pieces. You will be notified by email once your piece has been received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund of the purchase price of the items you returned to post to your account.

Item will either be shipped via USPS (shipped Priority, insured and with delivery confirmation) or UPS.
